Please note we are making payment for import software should we intimate the same to custom authority or not ,
If we are not intimate to them is there any fine or penality for the same ,,

Plase confirm the same

27 June 2013 Generaly the exporter importer arrange the payment through the L/C, FIRC, D/D TT AND IUN ADVANCE TOO WHEN BILL OF IMPORT GENERATE YOUR BANKER EEFC ACCOUNT ALREADY GENERATE DATA TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS THROUGH RBI.

That means no need to submit the intimation letter to custom authority ....

and could you please clear me on service tax point involvement on the same ...
