But can i take my own IEC,is there any special requirements or any Minimum capital amount required or i have to be big industrialist for getting IEC,i am very very thabk full to you that you are gining me every time correct information.

17 August 2012 yes you must utilise the your IEC code .Noted that if you already registered in VAT DEPT. YOU MAY LAIBLE FOR S.A.D. REFUND IN CUSTOM @IMPORT AS PER CUSTOM NOTIFICATION NO.102/2007 DTD 14.09.2007
