what will be the impact after deduction of TDS and thereafter service provider issue credit Note.

well if the TDS has already been deducted, there are two ways to deal with it:
1. you can request the deductee to reimburse you the same
or
2. after filing the tds return, request for refund of the excess TDS deducted under form 26B
