You cannot sell the goods from the place of overseas job worker since he cannot be registered. You have to bring it back necessarily otherwise it is non compliance of job work procedures.

Goods can be sold directly from job worker premises if either he his registered or you take registration in his premises. Now since the job worker is outside India registration is not possible. I suggest you to read the law sir then you will not get confused.

If you want to sell directly from overseas job worker premises then it is better to sell it to the job worker as exports. If you want to bring it back then treat it as jobwork. You can send the goods under export and import back schemes of custom. Consult with your CHA for such schemes. In this goods can be sent through challan.
