I am doing Bcom from IGNOU under ICAI-IGNOU joint programme.I have fulfilled all the requirements for getting the degree.But there is no reply from IGNOU authorties regarding how to get the degree.Plz tell me the procedure of getting this degree ?

Balu sir I am a Bcom student of IGNOU....i knw each & every thing regarding this course. Sorry, but u have not understood my problem.My problem is regarding how to get the degree.Though information regarding this is provided in the file provided by u, but it's not of any use for me. They have not yet granted me ant degree ?
