07 December 2013 i want to know that whether i am eligible to do b.com from ignou or not which of ony one year if i am cpt passed student

please reply fast bcoz i have to fill immediately last date is coming

08 December 2013 better to do b.com after passing both groups of ipcc ,,so that you can get most of subjects exempt ..
