07 January 2014 hi there... I have iec on my personal name from last 3 yrs... now I want to start a firm with my proprietorship... can i export with same old iec or I need to get new with my firm name ?

07 January 2014 You have to update the Proprietorship details to be corrected in your existing IEC and thereafter you can start your exports .....

07 January 2014 kindly noted that ONLY ONE IEC CODE IS ALLOTTED BY THE RJDGFT OFFICE IN RESPECT OF ONE PAN NO.
