29 January 2011 CC means Coaching Certificate. These are the papers to be solved and sent for correction before the prescribed due date to the ICWAI. these papers will return to you only if you fail in any one of them. Passing marks in CC papers are 40 each. Clearing CC papers is very essential to be eligible for giving exams i.e. clearing CC papers is a must for being eligible to give exams. In oral tuition, they guide the students in classroom coaching. In postal coaching you are required to do the self study and pass in CC as well as actual exams. However, most postal coaching students are the ones who are doing jobs or something else due to which they are not able to join the oral. Otherwise Oral coaching is always preferred. Since they are too busy with their jobs etc, most of them fail to appear in the exam itself and those who give exams without enough preparation, they obviously fail.
the situation in oral coaching is different. Most of the oral coaching students are college going crowd or graduates but fully dedicated to higher studies. that is why they can give more time to studies and pass.
This is the reason why oral coaching results are higher than otherwise.
But of course, scope and importance of Cost Accountants is immense in the industry.
So, think twice before you join. If you can complete the course, you may go places.
