hi...i would like to know is the articleship or training of icwa which is 3 yr after completing inter compulsary...if a person dosent do the training will his placement be affected..is it that if u dont complete the training or do dont do it at all u will not get a job .is training essential for a gud job or is it just to attain membership of institute..plz guide me and also clarify the period of training in ICWA...some people say it... is 3 yr like CA,while some say it is 1 yr while some say its only for 6 months..plz guide me whether not doing the articleship or training will impact my job opportunities or not..

Now the practical training is compulsory for the CMA-CWA also. period will be 3 years. Completing the practical training will make your qualification is complete and you can understand more about the value of course. It will make your job search easy.
6 months which people are saying that student need to complete atleast 6 months practical training to appear the final exams as per new institute rules

thank u...but once we complete our 6 months training and then clear our final exam...then what next sir...does it mean that we wont be placed in any firm until we finish remaining 2 1/2 yr training...even if we have cleared our final exam...

Normal rules, student have to complete the 3 years training. but now the 6 months provision, incase you complete the finals in 6 months provision, you have the option to give up the training. but you cannot get the institute membership, only you can pass and have the qualification.

so not having membership if one withdraws training after completing 6 months training and clearing finals...will it have any impact in job opportunities or membership is only for the institute
