The ICITSS (Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills) is a mandatory course under the Chartered Accountancy (CA) curriculum in India. It consists of two parts: ICITSS-IT and ICITSS-OC.
### ICITSS-IT (Information Technology)
**Eligibility:** - Registered CA Intermediate or Final student. - Completion of at least 8 months of study course of CA Intermediate/Final.
**Course Content:** - Basics of Computers - IT and Communication - Application Software Packages (such as MS-Office) - Introduction to Internet and World Wide Web - E-commerce, M-commerce, and Emerging Technologies - Overview of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Overview of Information Systems Audit (ISA)
**Duration:** 1 week (30 hours)
### ICITSS-OC (Orientation Course)
**Eligibility:** - Registered CA Intermediate or Final student. - Completion of ICITSS-IT.
**Course Content:** - Soft Skills - Personality Development - Communication Skills - Business Environment and Etiquette
**Duration:** 1 week (25 hours)
