04 October 2017 Is ICDS applicable to assessees following cash system of accounting ?

05 October 2017 as per notification dated 31/03/2015, ...it has notified 10 ICDS for compliance by all the assessees following MERCANTILE system of accounting w.e.f. 01/04/2015
