I HAVE PLACED ORDER OF BOOK THROUGH ICAIONLINESTORE.ORG 9 DAYS AGO...3 DAYS BACK IT SHOWS STATUS THAT " NOT YET SHIPPED" .....AND NOW ICAI HAS CLOSED STORE TILL 1ST OCT....AND NOW I CANT TRACK DETAILS OF MY ORDER...SO I CONTACTED STUDY MAT DEPTT. OF ICAI BUT THEY DIDNT PICKED MY PHONE AND THEN I MAILED THEM BUT THE EMAIL IS NOT SENDING ....BECOZ IT SHOWS ERROR "EMAIL PERMANENTLY DOES NOT EXIST"....NOW MY EXAM ARE REACHING NEAR DAY BY DAY.....I COMMITED A MISTAKE BY MAKING ONLINE ORDER OF 2 BOOKS...

Did you write a mail at esahayata portal also?Just go through your regional area website and mail concern persons from them.
Also,there is directory of important persons at ICAI's site.Search the relevant person of your area and write a mail to them or call them personally.
