17 July 2014 I have registered ipcc through direct entry scheme i hv a provisional sro number so in this provisional letter cn I join articleship still I didn't received original last semester marks card

17 July 2014 you cannot start articleship until and unless you submit final marksheet to ICAI. So wait till you receive the marksheet
