08 December 2012 one of my client expired 2 month back,
& now 3 day before their family have receive
income tax refund cheq of Rs-70,000 from taxation authority,
but their family have shut-ed his all bank a/c's .
now what is process to get tax refund on his sons name

08 December 2012 The Case Will go in Litigation.
You Need to Write a Letter to Juri AO for The Same Case as You have Written Here, He Will Issue Cheque in Name of Legal Authority if there is No Dispute and he will surely ask for surrendering PAN Why Not Surrendered Yet ?
