I have not received articles id card

18 February 2014 Hello,

I have registered for articles on 01/03/2012 after clearing my IPCC first group. After that i have not received my ID card and letter from ICAI. I forgot that and continuing in my articles. Recently i came to know that those are very necessary. My name is appearing under my boss membership firm details. So, can some one help me in this regard to get those ID card and letter.

18 February 2014 Generally student have to send ID card to icai along with form 103 Which is duly filled and signed and ceal with principal

later as and when icai received your form 103 and id card duly filled they will send back articleship registration confirmation letter and id card signed by icai
.
.
However you can make a request in letter to icai for sending id card ,

Note: you should enclose duly filled id card can be purchased from icai chapter office(ask form 103,102 set it includes id card)

18 February 2014 kindly take a blank ID card slip from the regional office/branch...fill it and get it signed by your principal. thereafter submit the same for ICAI stamping.

26 February 2014 well not having articleship registration may not harm you. but in case where any dispute arises such as whether or not ICAI accepted your registration, registration letter becomes useful.

So kindly contact icai regional office and ask for a copy of the letter.
