In my opinion, you may have to improve your language skills. If you are good at English, the confidence level will automatically get a boost.
From the subject point of view, I feel you have to be very systematic in the office doing things in a timely manner and also sticking on to a standard sequence. Take up responsibilities at the office and try to shoulder them independently. This type of attitude shall be of great help in the interviews as you have had hands on experience in handling the jobs on your own. I have seen in my life that people who shoulder responsibility and who take calculated risk only shine. You should make yourself indispensable. If you are not there in the office, things should not move, meaning that you should make others as dependents on you. The command over the subject can be gained only by passage of time and as I have stated earlier by shouldering responsibilities.
For specific topics that may be expected at the interviews, you can analyse and list out on your own. For Ex: BRS, VAT, Cenvat, Export Documentation, LCs, latest topics such as IFRS (you need not be an expert in these but you should be knowing some basics reg these) etc.,
The person who is interviewing you may be asking questions from what you have stated in the Bio-data. Therefore you have to be very careful in drafting the Bio-data.
