I and my partner have planned to create our own identity by August i.e. create an (Pvt. Ltd) entity of our own and get into higher scales of operations, have built up a good client base and the vendor who we operate through are migrating into another business. Please provide step by step procedures and (cost involved) & along with the timelines to obtain the following: -> Establishment & Registration of Pvt. Ltd Company (Mandate) Nature of Business: Section 1 Recruitment Services: Consultancy& Temp Staffing + Learning and Development: Job assistance based and Skill enhancers + Security Guard Agency and Housekeeping Staff services Section 2 Sales and distribution of financial products and services – Mutual funds and Insurance
->Shop and Establishment Registration Certificate (Gumasta) ->Company Pan Number ->Tan Number to provide Tds certificate to sub vendors ->Trade mark Registration -> Service Tax ->EPF - Code We would be into Temp staffing so, how do i provide provide ESIC / WC to staff or Provide Group Medical Insurance, (I mean procedure certificates or codes required) Also is Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund - Code (MLWB - Code) and labour licence necessary
