11 July 2011 Among whom will be the property of the deceased HUF will be partitioned as there are five sons married and two daughters married too.
HIs wife is also there .
As per my knowledge the property will be partitioned to his(HUF) five sons and his wife and not his daughters and daughter in law's

Pl give suggestion if i am right

12 July 2011 Yes you are right if Daughter is Married than no option to participation in the distribution is given.

Now as per the amended law Married Daughter can also claim for their part in the property.
