30 January 2012 Can we apply for HUF Pan card in name of a married female, though her husband is alive and she lives with him in a family?????
There already exists a HUF Pan in her Husbands name.

01 February 2012 No HUF can not have two Pan. Married female can not be Karta of HUF till her husband is alive.
