13 September 2012 Section 40A(2)(b) provides that relative for HUF means ALL the members of the HUF.

If the assessee is a HUF then relative means all the members of the HUF.

Where the assessee is an individual relative does NOT include HUF.
Relative for an individual can only be another individual.
