27 July 2011 Can a couple (without child) form an HUF?
i mean - Is the existnence of a child or male child mendatory for an HUF coming into being?
If it is so :
What will happen if somebody has gifted Land and Building to the HUF of his issueless married son?
Please suggest

27 July 2011 HUF is formed as soon as you get married.
