30 July 2010 Can a govt. salaried Person take housing loan & get exemption in Pricipal & interest while he is getting HRA From govt.

30 July 2010 For getting HRA exemption you need to pay rent and for claiming Housing loan interest deduction also.please refer the sec.23(2)(b) conditions
