09 October 2017 An employee who is having own house given for let out and he is staying in rented house can claim HRA. and he is having house loan on this house. what is the treatment can he claim or not. pls suggest.

10 October 2017 No you can't get exemption. Any person having house in same city can't claim HRA exemption.
