28 February 2011 yes he/she can avail three benefits HRA,Housing loan Principle & HP interest. if he/she satisfy IT Instruction of taking benefit/exemption of above subject.

04 March 2011 First of All,
These Sec. are Stick to the Situational Expemtion.Its very important to know the situation which are helpful to claim the exemptions. to Claim HRA,HP Loan & Interest. you have to satisfy sec. 10(13A)for HRA,80C & Sec.24b for hp loan & Interest.
