08 August 2012 Plz Find the Check list for applying Fresh IEC:

1. Copy of signed Application in ANF 2A made for issuance of IEC Number.

2. Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

3. Certified copy of Board Resolution.

4. Self Certified copy of Form 18 with challan.

5. Self Certified copy of Form 32 with challan.

6. Self Certified copy of PAN of Company (Both Sides)

7. Present list of Directors of the Company.

8. Banker's Certificate on letter head carrying email id.

9. 4 copies of Photograph of Director.

10. A pay order of Rs. 250/- in favour of "JOINT DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE, CLA, NEW DELHI", payable at Delhi.

11. Covering letter.
