How to register educational coaching center?

i am starting new coaching and traing center for TNPSC , TET , Bank exams, polices , RRB prepare and bank exams study to students. how to i am register for my coaching centre?

14 December 2013 form a partnership or pvt ltd company with object of imparting coaching classes. register for PAN, TAN, service tax, shops and establishment. I dont think there is any specific registration for coaching centers in Tamil Nadu.
