I file my e-income tax return in jurisdiction of W 9(3)surat but my actual jurisdiction is W 8(3)surat

How to Rectify my Jurisdiction ?

25 August 2012 You can file application to transfer your case to 8(3) with the officer of 9(3) under section 126.
But as you have filed ereturn, CPC will process it irrespective of jursidiction. CPC gets concurrent jurisdiction across India for processing of ITR.
