How to rectify mistake in annual return of a company

04 December 2014 Dear Sir, Though in the list of Directors attached to the Form 20B, Director resignation has been mentioned but it was inadvertantly not mentioned in under V.Details of Diretors who ceased to be associated with the company since the date of last AGM.Please advise how to rectify.DIR-11,DIR-12 also filed.
Please help.Can Form 20-B be revised ?
