Could anyone give brief explanation on reconciliation of accounts payable?

Accounts payable contains the Sundry creditor and other liability payable
you need to verify the
1. Bills booked and liability created
2. Deduction accounted in either side in case of sundry creditors and calculation in case of other liabilities.
3.verify the all the entries in both side
4. arrive the difference
you need to verify the
