27 December 2013 Respected sir, I have an attempt this may 14 and till yet I haven't started anything..... even cost and fm are very poor for me.... can you guide me what I do now to clear the exam

It is better to start preparation as early as possible. If you are poor in cost and FM, you can opt for coaching class and more hard work may be required.

Any way, strictly carry out daily routine study and frame a good time table and do your preparation to your level best
