Hi ashok, except a forum, whatever u submit is to be scrutinised by the administration. and if admin finds the file or article submitted proper, unbiased, bla bla bla, in short quality item, then will post it on first page... and as such, it can take 2-3 days even to accept an article, so wait for 3 days to see ur article on first page
