20 July 2010 NCFM Course, PGDCA but it is preferable that you dont think for short term course. i will suggest you that you should join CS or ICWA to your sister.

20 July 2010 Try and convince her for some professional course like ca or cs.

ca or cs is not a big deal these days and everybody is doing the same. Rest is dependent on her own interest.
