24 October 2009 If i want to find the jurisdiction of an assessee. From where i can find?
Hope the commissionerate is been divided in to many division? Cany any one help me on how they are been classified?

26 October 2009 No, not at all, Jurisdiction is different as the Income Tax and Service tax is assessed by different depatments.

Although there is a provision for single window assessment for large taxpayers units.
