How to learn sections in law n how to remember case studies


14 August 2013 sir i am getting problem in law as i dont knw how to give good presentation i want to knw how to start writing the answer n is it whether compulsory to write the language in bare act in papers.how to remember the sections n case studies. i also dont remember the points which i have read few days back n geeting difficulty in this subject and bcoz of this paper i score not well n even failed bcoz it is my weaker area n in ethics n communication, writing skillis in communication i faced a lot of problms so sir according to u what should i do to solve this problm as a fed up with this subject as it creates a lot of problm for me so wht is the solution

01 September 2014 It is not necessary to remember the sections in the law. But according to me remembering section number visa-vis the provisions of that section, you will be able to memorise the provisions better. Regarding the language of answer, it is not necessary to write the bare act. But a word of caution is that the meaning of the provision should not change while writing answer in your own language. The way you have drafted your above question clearly shows that you will have to improve your writing skills to a large extent. Also do not use abbrievations in the exam i.e do not use texting language in answer paper. (You have frequently used in your above question)
Law is one of those paper you can easily score good marks if you follow above steps
