How to get transfer from articleship

09 August 2012 I joined Articleship just before 2 months. Now i want to take transfer as there is no good exposure to work,no guidance,no organised working environment. I asked my principal to give me transfer he is not ready and behaving badly. I requested him so many times but he is not ready. Now what to do please help me out of it
