Hello Experts
Pls let me know the ways to find out list of allottes of a company for a particular financial year....
one way is to check e-form 2 which i tried already...... but in register of members of that company somewaht other info is showing..... so my query is which one to refer to know list of allottes.... is there is any way out to check it from MCA website or any other best and reliable option....... i have to check for FY 1 April,2008 - 31 march,09

i think Form 20B, u can see that information in Shareholders list.,

The most authentic way is to obtain a copy of form2 by payment of Rs 50. And see the attachment of List of Allottees. In case of difference from the register of members please check if any transfer has taken place.
