How to file service tax revise return after 90 days

Short payment of service tax & correction in figures in amount of service provide
19 July 2014
Return can not be revised after 90 days. Deposit service tax and write a letter along with a copy of challan to department stating all facts therein and get your copy of letter acknowledged.
