Please Guide,
1)How to create Investment (securities, trading)private limited company,minimum share capital?
2)does it falls in the category of NBFC,any permission from RBI,SEBI etc??
3)Please guide for the detailed procedure.
4)Is it possible to also deal with Insurance, Mutual fund agent by such company??
5)Duration of the whole procedure.

They normally invest the money received from their investors and every investor shares the profit or the losses that is proportionate to the interest of the investor in that company.
