How to contact icai officials regrading our queries

06 November 2014 I have query regarding late submission of form112. In my case i did not file form 112 or continue the course(did not write exams) I want to contact appropriate persons who can clarify my doubt.
I searched in google and tried those contact numbers but there is no response. I even sent a mail mentioned in SIRC website,but there is no response. There is no reply to query in e sahaayataa. Kindly give me contact details of officials who can clarify my doubt

06 November 2014 THERE IS NO PROBLEM IF U FILE FORM 112 NOW,AS U HAVE NOT APPEARED FOR ANY EXAMS IT MAY BE CONDONED.

HOWEVER YOU MAY CALL TO ARTICLES SECTION IN ICAI OFFICE TO WHICH U HAVE SENT PAPERS FOR REGISTRATION

06 November 2014 Sir i called to this number. as this is only interactive voice response system, i am only able to get my articles registration,re registration and termination status. It is not leading me for asking queries relating to form 112

06 November 2014 I applied to BCOM distance course from andhra university in july2012. I registered articles on 10-10-2013. At the time of registration my principal did not agree for pursuing other course. He did not sign form 112 nor allowed me to write exams. Recently i took termination on 10-7-2014 and re registered on 11-7-2014. My new principal agreed for continuing my distance course. So i want to write all the 3 years exams at a time in may 2015 with the permission from institute. My query is whether institute will delay membership in my case also and whether my old principal sign is required anywhere? I want to clarify the same from icai chennai. Kindly help me whom to contact regarding this query,. I even send many mails but there is no response

06 November 2014 01. First and foremost, if you are sure you are doing DISTANCE.... NO NEED TO SEND 112.
02. On top of it if you want to send, no need to involve the earlier employer. Take the sign of new employer and send it.
03. In either case, there arises no question of ANY delay in granting you the WOULD be membership.

06 November 2014 Are you sure for distance we need not send form 112?
Institute has mentioned very clearly, that form 112 must be sent whether it is for distance or regular. Even for IGNOU A&F BCOM we must send form 112

06 November 2014 The underlying theme of 112 is that the timing of the course opted to be undertaken by the articled is NOT clashing with the timing of the Principal (Which is uniform to all). Going by the FORM driven model, which I think you are more interested in, go by option 2 said in earlier reply. All the best. Please feel free to communicate
