How to change password in new scheme

Thanks for your kind support in earlier.

I have one problem My client was filled IT return in previous year with other person.
Now the question is arise that The person who filled the return is out of country and there is no contact possible.
And last return he was not display Bank a/c no in IT Return then how can i change / Reset pass word.

As per New Scheme There is No one of three option possible for me.

Please Help me in this problem.

26 June 2012 ask call center for your query and request them for solution

27 June 2012 send a mail on validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with name. fathers name, DOB, PAN no., Address and other details and request them to reset the password

they will reset your password


27 June 2012 Harish Sir,
I have already sent the e-mail for this query.
But they sent me reply that Use New Forgot password facility available on Portal.

And this is almost impossible for me.

Please Help me in such matter.

27 June 2012 Send a email request from registered email-id, which you have entered in the registration profile, to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in having following details
1.PAN,
2.Name of the assessee as appearing in the PAN card,
3.Date of Birth / Date of incorporation,
4.Name of the Father as appearing in the PAN card
5.Address
6.Mobile number
7.Registered email id.
The ITD will send its response via email.
