The Following Pay Scale was provided By Employer(Mah. State Govt.) What will be The salary structure.
4440-7440+1300 Pay Scale
Kindly Give The Explanation Of The Same.

16 January 2014 Pay scale to govt employees are mentioned as
4440-500-7440, which means initial Basic Salary would be Rs. 4440 which would rise by Rs. 500 every year till it reaches to Rs. 7440/-

In your case it could be initial Basic Salary would be Rs. 4440 which would rise by Rs. 1300 every year till it reaches to max Rs. 7440/-
