11 January 2017 Dear Experts.,

I'm in Coimbatore Tamilnadu. My age is around 36. I'm a family man and only my income is running the family.
My life time goal is become a Chartered Accountant.

How to i go to reach my Goal...?
How many rupees want to be this course approx...?
How many years want to complete the course...?
Please tell and guide me (The amount/year)

11 January 2017 Well, Raja for that I'll suggest not to go for any professional course. U r the only earning point in ur family, and CA or any other professional course requires a lot of time(for study and articleship). If u cleared it in 1st attempt, then also it will take approx 4.5 years. And there is 3 years of articles tenure also in which u need to work under an auditor, which will not provide u handsome salary to take care of ur family and U. Earlier CA course was cheap in terms of money but in today situation it will cost u approx 5 to 6 lakhs(if u r going to attend classes for the subjects) I'll suggest to go for some Competitive (Government) exams, U can do that along with ur work also.

11 January 2017 Your desire at this age is appreciable. It is a positive factor that you are already in the field of Accounting and Taxation. If you can support expenses of your family, you should go for this course.
Let us talk about time taken - If you are a Commerce graduate with 55% marks you can go for Articleship and appear for IPCC exams. Please make it sure that you give enough time for studies on daily basis. The Coaching is not necessary if you understanding is good and you are sincere towards studies.
If not going for Coaching course is not expensive. I fully agree with Mr. Sandeep that you should think how r u going to support your family after joining the acrticleship

11 January 2017 You can not continue your consulting work as such. You can discuss for this with the Chartered Accountant under whom you are going to take articleship . Not sure about Bank loan

11 January 2017 Raja it will b painful to hear but U r not allowed by any CA(under whom u r going to do articleship) to do the same work which he/she is doing. Well, CA is the 2nd thing, ICAI will not allow u for that. So u need to drop one thing either ur business/service or CA course. And at this stage its better to drop CA. Regarding Bank Loan u must enquire this to the bank. They generally approve the loan as per the Financial Statements of the Company(ur business).

One more doubt in this regarding...
If in future I'll join the CA course. I'll give my Business/services to my Wife's hand and I'll support to her back end works. It's available or not...?
