How to avail Service Tax credit?

05 November 2009 We have accumulated the credit for 6 months for service tax. How long it could be availed? Suppose my Service tax to be paid in Month of Oct is Rs.100000 and my Cenvat credit stands at Rs.10000 accumulated since April'09?Could it be availed now?

06 November 2009 Yes, you can claim the input credit if the same amount was not utilized earlier. There is no time bar to claim input credit
