one of our client is the running digital photo studio and flexies printing. Its a propreitory concern. The main source of income is from printing photos from the disks brought by customers and from passport photos they snap in the studio and flexies were printed in a separate branch office. The main problem here is employees are manipulating the photo print size and reducing the size slightly even we can not identify , that is how they could able to save some film role and they use this film role for printing their private job works pls kindly help me in how put controls in the digital studio to prevent the manipulation.very urgent thnks in advance

If the rolls used for personal purpose is very small or insignificant, even propreitor might be knowing it & might letting it happen to give employees hidden benefits.
Even otherwise, unless the job is done with a given amount of rolls, there is no problem(assuming qulaity is not compromised). To detect & report fraud one should be clear in his findings.
