ICWAI has now extended the facility to submit CWA Examination Forms Online of all stages – Foundation, Intermediate and Final. To submit the exam form online, the student shall select his stage of CWA by logging on to the following website:-

As the Examination Form once submitted online cannot be revised nor can a new examination form be submitted with the same registration number, students are advised to take utmost care while filling by the details and recheck them before submitting them.
Photograph and Signature Scan: While submitting the ICWA Exam Form online, the Student should also upload his passport size photograph and signature by scanning them both separately.
The Photo & Signature Scan must also be from the Institute Identity Card. If the Photo & Signature uploaded are other than that on the Institute’s Identity Card, the examination form will be summarily rejected The Photo Size should be 3.5cm X 2.5 cm and the signature size should be within 6cm X 1.5cm with perfect crop
Instructions for submission of ICWAI Exam Form Online:
The Fees shall be paid in favor of “The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India” payable at Kolkatta. The Payment shall be made only be Demand Draft and payments made by Money Order/ Indian Postal Order/ Cheque or any other mode will not be accepted. The Examination fees will not be refunded or carried forward in any case. After filling up all the details and submitting the Exam Form Online, the Student has to take a print out of the same and sent to ICWAI, Kolkatta. The Physical Copy of the Exam Form submitted shall reach ICWAI by 10th April in case of June Attempt and by 10th October in case of December Attempt If the Exam Form are not submitted by 10th April/10th October – the student shall be liable to pay a late fee of Rs. 300 provided he submits the Exam Form by 20th April/20th June for June/December Exam respectively The Exam Form will not be accepted beyond 20th April/20th October under any circumstances Only 1 Demand Draft for the full amount (including Late Fee, if any) should be enclosed along with the Examination Form. Applications received with more than one Draft will not be accepted. No remittance other than Examination Fees should be sent with the Application Form. The Address furnished by the Student will be treated as the official address for sending Admit Card / Marks Sheet / Certificate etc. and any examination related correspondence. If a candidate has been allowed the benefit of exemption or carry forward of marks in any subject(s), such benefit shall stand automatically cancelled if the candidate appears in the subject(s) again. A candidate must write in Block Letters the name of his/her Examination Centre and the Examination Centre Code in the space provided for in the Application Form. Examination Centre once opted for will not be changed under any circumstances. Passing certificate will mention the name of the centre where from the student appeared and completed the passing examination A candidate must write his/her Student Registration Number with the correct Prefix and not the Coaching Enrolment Number in the appropriate columns. Applications without Registration Number or with wrong Registration Number are liable to be rejected. Attested photocopies of Coaching Completion Certificates should be attached to the Application Form. Original CC Certificate should not be sent. Attestation may be done by any Gazetted Officer or a Member of ICWAI / ICAI / ICSI with his/her Membership Number. The students are advised to keep the photocopy of the Demand Draft and the filled-up Examination Application Form with him/her before sending the same to the Institute for requirement in future for any reference.
