I want to know that if a person who is a Director in more than 20 Companies, if we file Form-DIR-11 on 31st March, 2015 to bring down his Directorship up to 20 Companies so in this case can we file one MGT-14 for both the purpose like Disclosure of interest received on the yearly basis as well as concerning Director has intimate the companies regarding his resignation and secondly, what if DIR-12 has been filed by the Company after 31st March, 2015, so whether it will be right procedure to be followed or we have to take care any other thing in this regard.

file only one mgt 14 disclosing interest in other entities as director / partner / proprietor. Mgt 14 not required for appointment / resignation of director

Thanks Mam for your early reply, but I am asking from the prospective of Director, that whether it will be sufficient if he has file Form-DIR-11 on 31st March, 2015 and also shows as resigned from the Concerning Companies in MBP-1 or he has to give different disclosure of that, because company has not file Form-DIR-12 in this regard.

COMPANY SHOULD HAVE FILED DIR -12 TO SHOW RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR , SINCE MCA SITE UPDATE SIGNATORY DETAILS ON THE BASIS OF DIR -12 FILED BY COMPANY TO SHOW RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR , ON THE PART OF DIRECTOR THE ONLY OBLIGATION IS OF FILING DIR - 11 NOTHING ELSE
