How get highest salary packdge

13 January 2012 Hello friends i have a question in my mind. i always see that our senior get
goods salary packedges in ca placement cell. like 10 lakhs and more in domestic, and 50 to 60 lakhs in abroad ( highest salary packdge). i want to know that what qualites they have for this type of placement. whether they get this salary packegde because thy get good marks in ca final exam or some thing els. i want to know all things because one day i will also apply in ca placement cell and i want highest salary packdge..... plz suggest.

22 January 2012 for Indstry it doesn't matter whether a person is rankholder or frist class what matters is individual's pesonality. how aggressive a person is how he negotiates and the way he perform. Performance matters above all. even i have seen rank holder getting much lesser than other CA coz most of the itme rankholders r good in bookish knowledge but not good in actual performace.
