To view the total number of partners and their names for a company or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal in India, follow these steps:
### For Companies
1. **Visit the MCA Portal**: - Go to the official MCA website: [MCA Portal](https://www.mca.gov.in/).
2. **MCA Services**: - On the homepage, navigate to the "MCA Services" tab.
4. **Enter Company Details**: - Enter the Company CIN (Corporate Identification Number) or the name of the company in the search box.

7. **View Signatory Details**: - To see the current partners and their details, click on “View Signatory Details” in the master data section. This will provide you with the list of partners and their details.

- **Login Not Required**: For basic details like directors or partners, you do not need to log in to the MCA portal. - **Documents Download**: If you need more detailed information or documents like the annual return or financial statements, you may need to log in and use the “Document Search” feature, which might incur a nominal fee.
