i am open new showroom (tiles & sanitary fiitings) i am received disply materials by company with out pay the amount but company as been raised the sample invoices can i account theses invoices if yes how account in our books accounts

You could account the same at rs.1 (nominal value) as the goods are received as samples / free of cost..
