Want to confirm whether housing loan deduction will be available on purchase of farm house.

22 May 2010 Deduction regarding repayment of Housing Loan is available U/S 80 only for residential house.

Hence here, No deduction shall be allowed regarding housing loan for purchase of Farm House.
